Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of WhenTap ("Service"), operated by WhenTap (operated as a sole proprietorship in the Netherlands), registered at Amsterdam, the Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce available on request ("we", "us", "our").

1. Acceptance

By installing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Service.

2. The Service

WhenTap is a Webflow Marketplace App that provides native scheduling and booking for Webflow sites. Specific features are described on https://whentap.com.

3. Account and access

You must have a Webflow account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You may not:

• Use the Service to violate any law or third-party right
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

5. Subscription and billing

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Plans, prices, and limits are published on https://whentap.com/#pricing. We charge in advance via Stripe. Prices may change with 30 days notice.

6. Free trial

The Service offers a 14-day free trial on every plan. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial, you must select a paid plan to continue.

8. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Customer Portal. We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms with reasonable notice, or immediately for security incidents, illegal use, or non-payment.

9. Service availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We perform maintenance during low-traffic windows when possible.

10. Data ownership

You retain ownership of all data you create or upload through the Service, including translations, CMS items, settings, and configuration. We process this data on your behalf as described in the Data Processing Agreement.

11. Intellectual property

We retain ownership of the Service, including all software, documentation, and trademarks. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim arising out of your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are subject to the competent court in the Netherlands.
