Terms of Service

Last updated: 5 July 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of WhenTap ("Service", "we", "us", "our").

WhenTap is operated from the Netherlands by WhenTap, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 97282812. You can reach us any time through our support form.

1. Acceptance

By installing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Service.

2. The Service

WhenTap is a Webflow Marketplace App that provides native scheduling and booking for Webflow sites: an on-site booking widget, availability and staff management, Google and Outlook calendar sync, write-back of bookings to your Webflow CMS, and payments through your own Stripe account. Specific features are described on whentap.com.

3. Account and access

You must have a Webflow account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it.

4. Acceptable use

You may not:

  • Use the Service to violate any law or third-party right
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

5. Subscription and billing

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Plans, prices, and limits are published at whentap.com/#pricing. We charge in advance via Stripe. Prices may change with 30 days notice.

Booking payments are separate: when you enable paid services, your customers pay into your own connected Stripe account, and WhenTap takes no percentage of those payments. See the Refund Policy for how booking refunds work.

6. Free trial

Where a free trial is offered, no payment is required to start it. At the end of the trial you must select a paid plan to continue using paid features.

7. Refunds

See our Refund Policy.

8. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal. We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms with reasonable notice, or immediately for security incidents, illegal use, or non-payment.

9. Service availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Current component status is published at whentap.com/status. We perform maintenance during low-traffic windows where possible.

10. Data ownership

You retain ownership of all data you create through the Service, including your CMS items, bookings, services, staff, settings, and configuration. Your bookings are written back into your own Webflow CMS and your booking payments settle into your own Stripe account, so they remain yours if you leave. We process this data on your behalf as described in the Data Processing Agreement.

11. Intellectual property

We retain ownership of the Service, including all software, documentation, and trademarks. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim arising out of your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are subject to the competent court in the Netherlands.
