What it costs for a four-person team

Where Calendly is genuinely the right call
Calendly is mature, reliable, and used by huge teams. If you need group events with a headcount, routing forms, round-robin across a large sales team, a standalone booking page with no website, or its enormous integration ecosystem, it is excellent and WhenTap is not trying to replace it. WhenTap does one narrow thing well: native booking for a Webflow site.
Where it costs you: the redirect
Calendly can embed on your site, but the booking is still processed by Calendly and the record lives in the Calendly dashboard. The visitor is interacting with Calendly, not you. WhenTap runs the whole flow on your own Webflow domain and writes the booking into your own CMS, so the customer never leaves your brand and the record is yours.
Where it adds up: per-seat pricing
Calendly is priced per user, so every staff member you add is another seat every month, whether they took two bookings or two hundred. WhenTap is priced per site. One flat plan covers a whole site’s booking, and a single flat price covers your whole team, up to three staff on Growth and ten on Pro.
Where your data lives

Does Calendly not embed on my site?
It does, with inline and popup embeds. The difference is what happens underneath: the booking is still handled by Calendly and stored in Calendly, and the customer is filling in Calendly’s widget. WhenTap processes the booking on your own domain and writes it into your Webflow CMS, so both the experience and the record stay yours.
Is WhenTap cheaper than Calendly?
It depends on your team. Calendly bills per seat, so its cost grows with headcount; WhenTap is a flat price per site. For a multi-person team running one Webflow site, WhenTap is usually less. For a single solo user with simple needs, Calendly’s free tier may be all you need, and that is a fair reason to stay on it.
