Billing & plans
WhenTap charges a flat monthly subscription for the software, and nothing per booking. This page covers the plans, what each includes, and how billing works. Your customers' payments are a separate thing, handled by Stripe Connect and covered in Taking payments with Stripe.

Growth is the most popular plan: two sites, up to three staff, and the "Powered by WhenTap" badge removed from your widget.
The site, staff and location counts are limits: going beyond your plan prompts an upgrade. Every plan includes the full feature set, CMS write-back, Google and Outlook sync, Stripe payments at 0%, email reminders, and self-service reschedule and cancel. The plans differ in scale. The only feature differences are small: removing the "Powered by WhenTap" badge from your booking widget (Growth and up), and team seats for inviting colleagues into the panel (an Agency feature, up to 10, see Team & permissions).
Managing your plan
Billing is owner-only and runs through Stripe. From the Billing panel you can:
- Start or change your plan. Switching plans is prorated, you are charged or credited the difference immediately.
- Open the customer portal to update your card, see invoices, or cancel.
If you cancel, your account drops back to the Starter tier at the end of the period; your data stays exactly where it is.
Free to start
You can connect Webflow and set everything up before you pay, so you can see WhenTap running on your own site first. There is no card required to try it.
Two kinds of money, kept separate
It is worth being clear about the two flows of money:
- Your subscription to WhenTap is the flat monthly plan above, charged by us.
- Your customers' payments for paid services go through your own Stripe account and pay out to you. WhenTap sets its platform fee to zero, so it takes 0% of those bookings.
WhenTap never takes a cut of your bookings, and it never holds your customers' money.
